To be included in our Roster of Remembered Pets, simply fill out your mailed flyer,
and return it to Lights of Remembrance with your check. If you haven't donated previously, you can download the LOR Donation Form. Once you have donated, you'll get the flyer and form in the mail each year.  You have until December 31st to enroll your pets' names on the Roster.

Be sure and mark your calendar for the lighting ceremony December 6th on the shelter grounds.
